If you are a kidney disease patient, you've probably already been advised to reduce the amount of salt you eat.
That's easy to say, but harder to accomplish.
Because practically everything we eat - even items you would not class as savoury - are laced with hidden salt.
Even with the best intentions, you could be eating far larger amounts of salt than you'd believe possible. That means you must put all labels on processed foods under the spotlight
This includes the obvious items, like salted peanuts and processed meats, like ham.
